What are your opening hours?

Monday to Saturday 08:00–22:30, Sunday 09:00–20:00.

Are there separate hours for men and women?

No. The gym is open to everyone during all opening hours, so you can come whenever suits you.

I'm a complete beginner. Is that OK?

Yes. Trainers are on the floor and will show you the equipment and help you start a program.

Is there a sauna and showers?

Yes — sauna, showers and a locker room.

What should I bring?

Sports clothes and clean shoes. Forgot a towel or water? Both are sold at the desk.
